Operator terms
Plain English. No legalese. This is what you agree to when you create an operator account on Empty Leg Scanner.
No upfront cost
Listing flights on Empty Leg Scanner is free. No listing fees. No monthly fees. No minimum commitment.
5% referral fee
When a confirmed booking is attributed to Empty Leg Scanner — via the ELS10 promo code, our click-through tracking, or other reasonable evidence — you agree to pay Empty Leg Scanner 5% of the gross fare.
Monthly reporting
You agree to report attributed bookings to Empty Leg Scanner at the end of each calendar month.
Payment terms
Referral fees are due within 30 days of the booking date.
Audit right
In case of dispute, Empty Leg Scanner may request reasonable evidence of bookings — for example, anonymised booking records.
Your responsibilities
You remain the carrier and operator of every listed flight. You handle all customer bookings, payments, refunds, customer service, insurance, and operational liability. Empty Leg Scanner is a marketplace only.
Accurate listings
You agree to list only real flights with accurate dates, routes, prices, and aircraft details. Listings found to be inaccurate may be removed without notice.
No exclusivity
You may list the same flights on other platforms. Empty Leg Scanner does not claim exclusivity over your inventory.
Termination
Either party may end this arrangement at any time with no penalty. Outstanding referral fees for bookings already made remain due.
